TERMS OF SALE:

All Lots Sold for $2,501.00 and over will be Charged a 3% Buyer's Premium.

All Lots Sold for $2,500.00 and under will be Charged a 10% Buyer's Premium.

Visa & Master Card Accepted.  5% Surcharge on Credit Cards.  

3% Surcharge on all purchased made through Proxibid.

$50 Charge for each Lien Release.

Bank Letter Must be on Bank Letterhead Addressed to Joe R. Pyle Auction Company. Must be signed by Bank Officer including Title and Phone Number. Must read as follows: [Bank name] will guarantee payment on checks written by [customer name] not to exceed an aggregate amount of [specific amount] for the purpose of making purchases at the March 17th Auction. [customer name] understands that no stop payment orders will be placed on these funds.

NOTE: Personal and company checks accepted only if accompanied by a "current bank letter of guaranteed payment."  

Equipment Removal is Auction Day. Also Monday - Friday the following week 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM and by NOON on the following Saturday. Any items left after the deadline will be subject to a daily storage fee.

Pre-sale Inspection:  Friday before the Sale 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
